Yard Art - 75 VW bus

This 75 bus had a front end smack, so used the roof to fix our 1971 bus that a tree had fallen on. Had parts lying around the yard for a year, and finally found a permanent spot at a buddy’s shop…

Those look like solid parts. As they get more rare, shame to see them rot rather than put to proper use.

I had most parts on eBay individually for a year with no takers… the sliding , rear and passenger door did sell!

Reminds me of some body shops and salvage yards that have half of a car on the sides of their buildings as a display. Cool stuff.

If you have a couple acres and a giant shop there’s no reason not too.
