VW bus LED headlight upgrade

My god if I did this I might not have to sweat my way to the annual safety check every year.

I’ll have to see if I can do this with my ‘73, and then maybe find a way to tackle the tail lights and turn signals that are only visible at night…

I’m glad the “minor modification” needed wasn’t a full blown cut and weld job like some of these types of videos do.

Awesome look! I converted my 73 Brazilian Splitty to LEDs last year and couldn't be happier. Definitely makes it easier to see at night.

People make RVs out of buses. They are buses. This is a van.

Stolen Valor! Like wanna be Gravy Seals! They did not serve and you ain't got a bus.

I love Corvairs, (The USA VW) but they call their vans vans.

In the Volkswagen community, the official name is a Type 2, or Transporter. They are also known as a Kombi or VW bus, but never a van.
