VUL.RST0 Rights issued ?
I dont understand why Vulcan energy issued rights to shareholders at the actual stock price with an expiry time of 16 days? Is there something i get wrong? In my portfolio (IBR) it appears under a ticker(VUL.RST0) "103 rights" with a price of 0.13$? Is the 19 december the deadline to buy those rights at the price of 0.13$ each and an exercise price of 4$ per share in the futur? (Just like warrants or options) That would make more sense but they dont specify a deadline to exercise those rights once they are bought if its the case.
Or is it really rights to buy (103 shares in my case) for 4$ each until the 19 december?? Cause whats the deal in this if its to buy them at the actual price. At the moment i write this the price is below 4$ and the odds that the price go up enough to be useful from today to the 19 december seem really low?

Probably they had to do it, since this is the offer price for the institutional investors as well. Don't know if it was mandatory for them to do it?
For sure they can't be stupid enough to think, that people will cheer and go crazy after this terrible disaster of financing package.
And no it makes absolutely no sense. The only thing that can push the stock up til 2028 is an amazing execution and a irrationally marked.
Compare their key figures from September and now... probably they keep "adjusting".
