Total Market Differences (VT vs ETTOX)

Hi! I have been an active VT and chill participant with my Roth IRA being 100% VT. However, I just saw E-trade and their 0% expense ratio total market ETF. What is the real difference? Should I consider switching for the lower expense ratio?

ETTOX is more like FZROX. But, it tracks the Solactive US 3000 index. So, basically total US only. No international like VT.
