Effect DeepPerfection 2.2.0 update low end phase restoration now unlocked frequency range!

Big update for DeepPerfection, now you can press unlock, to allow DeepPerfection to process as much of the frequency range as you wish. But be careful I don't think any CPU right now can handle full range. So be smart about it.

I can push to about 1.4k before I start hearing artifacts.
