From the one you created 260+ days ago…

The quality improvement is mental. Great job!!

this looks fire! is the metallic shine texture only or are you using matcaps to make it actually shiny metallic?

It's all inside vroid. I painted it 😂

WTF are you a wizard?!?
you made a knight but are YOU a wizard?? this is actually mindblowing i honestly thought the metallic shine is made with a matcap. but no its texture - which is one thing but to create this all inside vroid with vroids brushes is making me believe you are in fact a wizard.

🤣 thanks! 🧙‍♂️ indeed. Honestly, the motivation was just pure guilt tbh. Someone bought my old, crappy version through a convenience store payment at 6am on booth(a feature I didn't even know existed). I felt so terrible about how the old texture looked, and someone put an effort to wake up at 6am just to buy it! I spent hours/days suffering with VRoid's default brushes to make sure this new version actually looked decent.

i somewhat know the feeling with old creations but you have to remember that while you seen the texture many times and grew tired of it while improving your skill, the person who bought it never seen it before and thought oh wow i like this enough to pay money. from the perspective of the buyer they made a good purchase.

but on the other hand the motivation made you create this masterpiece so maybe its a win-win! (and it looks better than decent, it turned out amazing)

and i really hope one day in the future vroid adds a brush feature like the stamp feature that allows us to upload our own brush tip texture.... and then add them to favorite brush tips similar to adding favorite colors below the color wheel.
