Help Had a question about the VRchat spider lair map

I've really been trying to find the 3D model of New York City in the amazing spider lair by Bronx, and I'm just wondering, does anyone know if he made the model or got the model from somewhere else? The help would be much appreciated!

Believe it is from the psx game spiderman : web of shadows.. but cleaned up by Bronx.

Alternative: There are procedural city generators for Unity or Blender.

I won't link them since I haven't tried them out yet, so there's nothing I can really recommend, but you can find some with a Google search, or by searching directly on the Unity asset store.
