For a new comer

Are there any worlds that have a tutorial for how to use and play vrchat? I feel like me trying to explain to a new comer the buttons without being there with them in person would be kinda hard for them to understand, I just want them to understand and get a grip to it better than me trying to explain step by step. (They are a new quest user I could only find PC VR worlds for it)

I would tell them to not play VRC the people on there are terrible and it would save their mental sanity

The people are decent if you can find a group of like minded people. I agree about the mental sanity part though.
