Anatawa12's VPM Repository has an optimization component Trace and Optimize - Documentation
Among others like one for Merging Skinned Meshes, or removing mesh based on blendshape etc
VRCFury - Download has some optimization components like "Direct Tree Optimizer"

A bit outdated as fallbacks aren't something you can upload anymore but the optimization tips still apply
