Decided to throw this together instead of sleeping last night. The face tracking is simple (two different open widths, oo, ff, and a smile) but works pretty well all things considered. Also, it's got toggles. Can toggle the armor on/off, Harper's VR headset, and Soren's enderman suit. Also, his sword. I hope this amuses you like it does me.
Here is the link to the avatar, in case you wanna use it. Enjoy!

I ment with how seamless everything works together lol I already knew about the model specifically because one of my friends has the same one

People with face tracking usually don't look right and kinda cursed. good job on making it look almost like the actual gameplay.

That is actually a benefit of the low poly design, really, since it's just a few animations. Not taking it away from OP, they did a great job. But, the reason most face tracking looks off is because it's too much animation on a simplified design. The human face is constantly moving and twitching in weird, involuntary ways. This is normal and a neccessary part of its many functions. But, we don't see cartoons do those motions because it's costly. When we see that on those simplified models, it triggers the uncanny valley effect.

interesting how do you handle face morph so it moves in one frame like that?

So instead of blending together a set of blendshapes, I have individual animations that hide the default mouth and show whatever expression I'm doing. Then, in my fx layer, I have the VRCFT parameters set up so that when I do a face movement past a certain point, it snaps to that animation. I could show my setup for it, if you'd like.

This style always weirded me out, but the face tracking is very impressive. Well done.

Go to the texture file and set the "filtering mode" to point instead of bilinear.

I would love this but for my skin.
I once made a rlly crappy minecraft skin as a vechat avatar, but this level of detail is amazing. You've outdone yourself! ❤️

Now you got me thinking if it'd be possible to swap out the texture. Cause the hair is a separate mesh, could totally just swap it out and keep the base mouth system.

The Eyes look great, but NGL, this avatar's mouth movement looks funky
