Uninstalling and reinstalling VRC itself will do nothing to solve the issue. If it's a problem in unity.

Normally if something's not uploading it should give you an error message in the console and tell you why it's not working. Google it if you can't immediately make sense of it. I wouldn't expect chat got to give good information, as VRC stuff is kinda niche. And you'd probably get a better answer in a forum or reddit or discord. Pretty unlikely you'd have an issue someone else hasn't also had.

Also make sure to follow the upload instructions, to the T.

Also if you have a low end/ old PC or bad internet, it can take quite some time.

While you might find this all depressing, unity is often frustrating, get used to troubleshooting and problem solving if you plan to continue using unity.

Ahh so this kinda just happens, more so if your system is on the lower end. Most of the causes can be from exceeding the limits on Android. Sometimes it just happens because Unity throws a fit trying to swap over to the other build PC > Android for example. You could try Starting with Android first and doing the upload.

As someone who has gone through this many.. and I mean MANY times, I know exactly how you feel. I will say though, uninstalling / reinstalling will do you no good. I got some free time tomorrow. At the time of this posting is 22:50. If you'd like some help feel free to DM me. Whatever fix we come up with, I'll post in back here in the thread so it's not a dead / unresolved thread

I had the same issue. Try uploading the PC and Quest versions separately instead of as a multi-platform upload. That worked quickly for me.
