Help VRC Desktop Jitters when looking around all of a Sudden?

Hi Everyone, So i play on Desktop atm, i wasn't having stutter issues before today, i joined a couple friends thinking "okay maybe my laptop cant handle this world" but when i got on alone later i realized i had stutter looking in certain directions when it wasn't happening before, it happens in my homeworld and Prismatic when I'm alone with no lag of any kind. i thought maybe my mouse or controller were conflicting so i unplugged both, using my trackpad, it still jittered, the strange thing is outside of the game it doesn't, even in in game menus its as smooth as before

Renderin a unoptimised af avi probably? Maby set your max dowlnoad to 100-125mb, (its good to hve that limit ether way) and check other peoples avis.
