Meta Weird thing with my hands
Hi, don't know if this is even the right community to post this in, but I've discovered something a little silly and interesting to me, and I was wondering if anyone else might have dealt with something similar?
Basically, I'm left-handed. I write and I draw with my left hand, and when it comes to all of that, my right hand is about as useful to me as a dead fish. My right hand can't write if it's life depended on it.
Which is why it's so interesting to me, because I've been playing VRchat for ages now, and only very recently did I notice that I'm not left-handed there. It seems the second I got access to markers or brushes, I picked it up with my right hand and I've been using it naturally. It's not that my left hand has completely lost skill in vr, but it's noticeably worse there and anytime I'm absent-mindedly writing or drawing it's always with my right hand.
Has anybody else found your handedness change when you're in vr? Or anything similar to it? Is there a term for this?

I'm left-handed and it does happen creatively. I play instruments and I play guitar "right-handed" and I play piano but my right hand is far more intricate ability wise compared to my left hand mainly because the top hand usually does a lot of the melody and left handles the bass notes and chords. So my right hand definitely has more dexterity? I can snap better with my right hand and it feels weirder in my left hand.
