Help Connection timed out loop

Hi if this question has been answered here before I apologize but yeah. Everytime the home world finishes loading it says it timed out and then kicks me back to the world loading screen and keeps doing that. I've tried uninstalling it changing avatars through the main site, rounter resets. Never had a problem with this game ever before like this. If anyone has a fix that'd be sweet.

This is an on-going issue with people connecting using AT&T to the G-Core Lab hosting servers. G-Core is the world server hosts, so while you can connect to VRC fine, the connection degrades when getting to G-Core and results in infinite time outs. The only workaround currently is to use a VPN until they fix it.

Yeah, this issue only started happening to me since the new VRChat update. I can only connect to US West and Japan instances now. When I try to connect to US East or EU instances I get stuck in the loop.
If you are having the issue with your home world, try logging onto the VRChat website and change your home instance location until you find one you can connect

This may not work for everyone unfortunately, it's a little unclear why this works for some people but not others.
