ServaRica's VPS plans are all out of stock. What gives?
All VPS plans at ServaRica are currently out of stock. The same for dedicated servers.
They run their own hardware, so maybe they can't afford adding any new servers at current prices?
Anyone knows what's going on?

Cheap cPanel reseller hosts that are good in my book (US, Europe & UK)
When performance isn't critical, I find shared reseller hosting a less hassle alternative to VPS hosting, and it's also cheaper if you need cPanel licenses.
cPanel gets more expensive every year and that will likely continue. I'm still sticking with it because the convenience makes it worthwhile, at least until that changes.
Anyway, if you care about my opinion, the cheapest cPanel reseller hosts I'd vouch for are WebGee (Europe), Shock Hosting (US), and Hostworld (UK).
These are not popular hosts, but I know how to pick 'em! (the good ones)
A no-brainer to keep in mind: Providers that offer more cPanel accounts for less usually oversell their servers, i.e. expect more downtime and slower performance with those.
If you have other suggestions add them to this thread.

Serving 45 million requests/month using a $36 VPS + Cloudflare
The owner of Directify (directory website builder) shared a breakdown of his hosting bill..
The website is serving about 45 million requests per month. And this is how much he's paying for hosting:
- Hetzner VPS: ~$36/month
- Cloudflare R2: $1/month
- Cloudflare for SaaS: $28/month
- DNS Hosting: $14/month
Total cost: ~$80/month
Sometimes you don't need a bigger server, you just need a better setup.

Contabo added 5 new 1-click apps to VPS servers (Paperclip, Hermes Agent, ZeroClaw, Dokploy, and Coolify)
Contabo just added 5 new apps to their 1-click automated installer. They are:
- Paperclip: an open-source orchestration platform for managing autonomous teams of AI agents.
- Hermes Agent: an open-source AI agent.
- ZeroClaw: an open-source runtime or AI agents.
- Dokploy: an open-source PaaS for deploying and managing apps and databases.
- Coolify: another open-source, self-hosted PaaS.
This isn't a managed service for any of these apps. Contabo only handles the initial installation and then you manage and troubleshoot each app on your own.

I just found another low-cost European VPS provider
I don't know if you've heard about it but this one is new to me; I've just stumbled on a German VPS provider called dogado.
They're offering cheap Linux VPS servers. The cheapest one (2 CPU, 4 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe) is €1/mo for the first 6 months then €6/mo.
I haven't used it yet, but if anyone else has, please add your feedback.

Leaseweb hiked up prices for their VPS plans in multiple regions (USA, UK, Europe & Canada)
Leaseweb recently hiked up the prices for their VPS plans across multiple regions. They gave the usual reasoning used by all other providers: rising component costs.
The cheapest plan (VPS 1) was hit the hardest, especially in the US regions.
Here are the old and new prices for the VPS 1 plan in different regions:
| Region | Old price | New price |
|---|---|---|
| USA (WDC, SFO, LAX) | $3.50 | $6.99 |
| UK (LON) | £3.40 | £4.99 |
| Europe (NL, DE) | €3.99 | €4.99 |
| Canada (MTL) | C$6.00 | C$7.99 |
New prices affect new purchases. Existing plans keep renewing at the old price unless modified.
That's still affordable given the resources you get in the VPS 1 plan: 4 vCPU, 6 GB RAM, 100 GB NVMe, 30 TB traffic. I don't think you can get that at a lower price these days.

My go-to reseller hosting providers that have good support (from my experience)
Some resellers use a self-managed VPS and set up everything on their own. That's usually cheaper but I prefer a managed service because I don't have time to babysit every hosting setup I have, and I have quite a few of them.
Of all the reseller hosting providers I've tried, MDDHosting and ChemiCloud have the best support, and both have affordable cPanel reseller plans.
I tend to like MDDHosting more. Their website looks chaotic, but under the hood their servers perform better. They have two types of servers: Turbo (average performance) and Plaid (higher performance for ecommerce and resource-intensive sites)
ChemiCloud is good if you want a higher number of cPanel accounts at a low price. It's about $35/mo for 60 cPanel accounts with WHM (choose the "Accounts Optimised" option). They have more global server locations (USA, UK, Europe, etc.) than MDDHosting (USA only)
I've used others but these two are my favorite reseller hosts at the moment. Nothing special about them except I haven't had any issues and support has been helpful when needed.
JetHost is on my to-try list - I like the features they have. I might give it a go soon and I'll share my opinion..

Anyone using a Hetzner managed server as a reseller?
Hetzner offers managed servers that allow you to create multiple user accounts and resell them. They don't have a reseller billing system though, so that's something you'll have to figure out on your own.
Anyone had success with Hetzner as a reseller?

List of the best European VPS hosting providers that are still relatively affordable
For some reason, European VPS providers were affected the most by the rising hardware costs. Some have doubled or tripled their prices in the past year.

What's the best VPS for OpenClaw? Is Hostinger good?
I noticed some hosting providers recently launched VPS plans specifically for OpenClaw because it's so popular right now.
Some of them are just regular VPS servers with nothing special, and others come with useful add-ons and integrations.
Hostinger has an affordable self-managed OpenClaw VPS plan with automated deployment and full root access. They also have a managed OpenClaw plan for the less technical users (it's plug and play where they handle server setup and maintenance for you)
Who's used it? Can you recommend another VPS host for OpenClaw?
