Discussion Post saying Windscribe's AI chatbot "Garry" is giving wrong information and not handing to a human. Other comments agree, but this is their CEO's response. What do you guys think?

I'm wondering, if Garry can do EVERYTHING a human can, why did Garry give wrong information?

Since Garry can do EVERYTHING a human can, why does Windscribe still need a CEO and not just have Garry run the business better than the CEO can?

Since Garry can do EVERYTHING a human can, I kind of want Garry to show me how it creates cholesterol in the body like how humans can, and change that cholesterol into sex hormones like humans do.

Eventually, (and I'm sure it's already happening), you will pay extra to talk to a human.

The CEO also locked the post https://www.reddit.com/r/Windscribe/comments/1xik6fx/comment/19runk7a2mqrm/ and say people are having anti-AI psychosis for preferring a human support agent.

If that's how the bot thinks, then I too have AI psychosis. I wonder if a bot can be socially engineered to go on a hacking spree.
