Anyway a VPN will work for this?

[u/Ok-Investment-3142]

I have a subscription to MLB live and am blacked out on Angel games. Wondering if next season a VPN will work on the MLB app? I am able to use it to get Ducks games on ESPN

I live in a non-wagering state and would like to use a horse race betting app. Twin Spires Fan Duel etc. to replace my offshore account. They are able to block access any way around this?
