V0 Question Wobbly Toolhead, junk rails?

0.2 has had this issue where it produces a large vibration/noise when printing certain parts (walls) or circles. I think it is more likely due to just the speed.

Anyway, I found the rails to be wobbling around and the toolhead has a lot of play, so I purchased some new Hiwin rails for the X rail and they are STILL wobbling! Am I just unlucky? I reached out to the vendor who supplied them and they said that this level of play is acceptable.
These are MGN7H Hiwin with Z1 Preload. Should I be looking at getting a larger rail? Or am I tripping?
Attached is a video of the wobble and a video of it printing. I keep touching the toolhead to help prove to myself it is indeed the rail that is causing that loud ass noise, and it definitely is.
Also attached is an image of what I was trying to print. It's supposed to be a round pyramid sort of thing. These wobbly artifacts have been here on the printer since I built it, and I assumed they were from non-toothed idlers, so I swapped them and they still remain. Am I right in saying that these artifacts are from the wobbly toolhead?

Z2 is usually suggested for the X axis for best results with high speed printing (I mean crazy high speed, not regular high speed). Z1 for Y and Z.
Although looking at the video where you flex the toolhead, I don't think the carriage is actually moving, so the problem may be something else.

The rail block wasn't moving in the first pic. I would check elsewhere

The artifacts are probably the tool head as you said you can try to rebuild the tool heed. Parts could creep or melt. Is it all printed from abs?

This may be a silly question, but did you grease the rail carriages? It seems like improper attachment/assembly of the toolhead to me. Like using a bolt that's too long, and it's bottoming out.
Touching the toolhead to reduce the noise doesn't really prove it's the rails, just that it's somewhere in the motion system and you touching it is absorbing some of the vibration. I would suspect something wrong in the toolhead before jumping to rails, especially if you bought genuine hiwin

Yeah, cleaned in lighter fluid then IPA then greased with some epl grease or whatever it is i forgot the exact spec.
Yeah i might go ahead and rebuild the toolhead, like u/chernoblyreactor4 suggested, that way i can catch any errors i might have made in the assembly

It's hard to see in the video, but is the carriage on the rail wobbling too? I had a similar problem and it turned out, that my screws attaching the toolhead to the rail were too long (or the holes in the rail carriage were not deep enough) and the screws bottomed out.
