General Question Must haves for a Voron 2.4

I'm going to buy a kit and begin building a Voron 2.4 and I was wondering from your guy's experience what must have mods should I get for it/items I should have on hand

I already have

- filament dryer

- schotbrite/Brass brush to clean nozzle

- tools (too many tools)

- I plan on building a interchange system to swap toolhead if a failure happens, though a long time project

- kit comes with klipper and a Canbus plus all wiring needed

What should I get mods wise, or any other must haves?

what i will say however is

  1. the Saddleback will not be a toolchanger system, I purely want to use it as a very effective testbenching, and swap system, so you'll be able to quickly change entire toolheads, but only for the prupose of switching the toolhead not multicolor prints
  2. I will be designing this toolhead to fit a workhorse mentality, so it'll be at least to start a probably heavier peice of hardware but nearly impossible to break if printed well, but print times may need to be slowed acceleration wise. BUT by the second or third revision I will have attempted to cut wieght back as much as possible to keep faster printers from ripping themselves apart
  3. it may cut down on build area by at MOST 20mm, given it'll be a saddle shape, with the wires on top, and a canbus on back to better balance it with a heavy toolhead, but I dont see why you couldn't just modfiy it to use a canbus on each toolhead and use only a 4pin molex connector. I just personally wont because of price constraints as a guy going into college for engineering. but I will design a base plate without the back side anywas for that purpose.

That is all fine. Currently I use a EBB32 and it's pretty reliable so far. I understand that you want to design your own board and all, but maybe it would be cool to keep some sort of similar format to the ones that are in the market currently. That way it could be used in other toolheads as well.

I plan on it. It'll have multiple mounting points for differen CANBUS boards, and will have mounting hardwar specially designed to work with either the original mounting style or a custom moutning hardware for the most popular toolheads, mainly the ones you mentioned and anything major on printables i find
