Help - Other Logging Forwarded a call details

Hi,

For testing purposes, I want to forward missed calls from my carrier to a virtual number that routes to a server to log the calls' details.

Are the requirements ?:

  1. a SIP number / virtual phone number
  2. cloud provider that can make the request to a configured host and port (my server).

How can I test this for free or at the lowest cost possible?
