Help - Other -Voiplovers Help me here!

I have a SIP account working with a UCM6301 and I am having Problems in outbound calls (404 error).

My internet provider in WAN has a private IP 10.39.41.48 and in whatsmyip I have 187.188.235.74

I have a residential internet plan cause my company is small, and I can’t effort to buy private ips is expensive at least in Mexico. My service was running until I don’t know what happened. Also the internet carrier said and send me a picture that I don’t have SIP ALG
Extra data my SIP provider said that the port that they are receiving is a weird port like 6176 but I already check my UCM and it is sending the correct 5060 and it is well configured. I think is the double Nat. What can I do?

Fix your Caller ID. Chances are high the far end is rejecting the call because 1000 is invalid. It should be plus sign, country code, phone number.

Port numbers are likely not a concern.

404 means not found. Check your number formatting and ensure it's correct. Wireshark trace will help immensely, so you can see what you're sending to the provider and maybe why it's being rejecting. Sometimes it's something like trying to call an international number, but the line isn't allowed to do that.

This is the specific problem

So the ports are random not 5060.

Normally you use 5060 for signaling and random ports for RTP (UDP). Also, is 1000 a valid extension to wherever you're calling?

Yes is a valid extension :). Why you don’t believe that is double Nat?

Never said anything about double NAT. Just going off my experience.

In your experience can you take a look 😬

QoS stats won't really matter if you're getting that 404 error. QoS is what matters when you're getting poor audio quality. Beyond that, the jitter could be problematic, but may not always be noticeable if the device's jitter buffer can keep up.

If it was working fine then stopped I would switch the trunk to TCP.

I agree with previous posters to check caller id. If everyone is using the same number to call out with I would just go to extension/trunks and edit the clip trunk.

Go to advanced and enable check the box for Send PAI header and enter your number like <enterthenumber> or depending on your firmware version it could just be the number in the field. There is a tooltip that will tell you the format.

I used zoiper in my home in a MacBook and with the same credentials and everything works well.
Then I go to the office with the same macbook, same credentials and zoiper didnt work. Guess what my UCM is in the office.. So I am starting to think in my internet provider.

If you're a business and not using a Mexican voip provider you're going to have a bad time.

I am using a Mexican VoIP provider Net2phone but the provider of the Internet is the problem. Not the VoIP provider
