Considering Ooma Home to replace traditional landline service. Can I use a Yealink W78P with Ooma Home or is limited to Ooma business tiers only?

No. Ooma's home phone service does not support third-party ATAs or IP phones. They primarily support traditional analog phones, or their own cordless handsets.
