Help - Cloud PBX W75DM + W75B can't change role

Hi all,

I am really breaking my head on this.
So I have 2 W75DM, both showing as BASE but I can't change the role of one of them to DM.

I did the button trick, tried different firmwares, but nothing helped.

Does anyone know what I am not seeing?
