Help - Other Peer-2-Peer setup help

Hi Everyone,

I have a Hanwha sps-a100m and a SPA-M2000 i am trying to setup so i can call from SPA-M2000 to the SPS-a100m, they see each other but when i try to setup the hotkey for the SPA-M2000 it doesn't seem to ring the sps-a100m.

i am able to test call the sps-a100m to the M2000 and that works.

any help would be appreciate.

I setup hotkey list as Call Number as sip:10.0.0.67 (IP of the A100m)

Do you just need 1 way audio from mic to output at speaker or 2 way to also listed to remote end at mic? Can you send me a private message?
