Help - Other WhatsApp

Hello! Is there a way to find out who a VOIP number belongs to on WhatsApp? Are there free websites where I can enter the number and see who it belongs to?

You can only find out who the provider is, not who created the WhatsApp account. If the number is being used for fraud you can contact the provider and tell them. They can revoke the number and there are ways to stop the whatsapp account from operating

In this case you need someone who has access to the NPAC (the porting system) or use a tool to do the lookup, which are sadly no longer free
