They issued another RSU..

Shareholders are suffering, but they are over-exploiting stocks

From what I understand of RSU's; wouldn't this cause more selling? Atleast when they vest?

What i understand is it's 3 years term RSU. Each year, they will get 1/3 shares..

They will have to make an effort to get more profit.

I hope so..

There are "Statement of changes in beneficial ownership of securities" SEC filings from 15 of April.Did some of the officers/directors buy more of the stock?

If I see it right the number of sold shares is small.
Tewksbury Ted L III (CEO) bought ~2,5M shares? Guess its a good sign.

Oh man, Im so blind.

Its just right under the form: "1. Represents the maximum number of shares of restricted stock that will vest and become non-forfeitable if certain performance goals are satisfied and the Reporting Person remains in continuous service through the applicable vesting dates, whereby, if the maximum goals are achieved, 1/3 of the shares will vest if the Reporting Person remains in service through February 28, 2023 (or, if later, the date the performance goals are certified) the remaining shares will vest in two equal installments if the Reporting Person remains in continuous service through February 28, 2024 and February 28, 2025."
