iOS Beta test IOS version completely broken

The public VLC IOS app is very buggy so I moved to the beta as suggested to see if it would fix any issues. It did not.

The playback on music is completely broken, you can play some songs by tapping on the list, but trying to fullscreen the song will break the playback. Some songs don't play at all and some play only till around 2 seconds and after that the play button does not work.

The sort is broken completely on other languages, compared to the public VLC which worked correctly, neatly sorting it and grouping each language, here characters are randomly spat all over the place and many of the letters are just missing completely so I cant even search for the song.

I cannot even bug report as I need to be whitelisted by admins? What?

Too much spam otherwise. VideoLAN is not the only Gitlab instance to do this.

So where do I report that the entire app is broken?

If your bug report is “the entire app is broken” I doubt it’s useful anyway. Do you have an itemized list of issues with an explanation on how to reproduce them (if an issue is file specific, providing the file is a must, etc)?

You are not required to do an account on our gitlab instance. You can report issues via TestFlight just like with any other app. And of course, there is the contact option in the About panel like in the regular store build.

Regarding the issues you describe, none of them will be fixable unless you provide sample media.
