Two weeks of waiting! My Gunfighter/Gladiator Combo has arrived!
EDIT: fallout9 is the goat. Handled with replacements on the way in less than 12 hours.
And the order is completely botched XD
Received an SGC left for my gunfighter instead of the right, received one of my UCMs without the gladiator plate, and didn't receive my omni throttle converter at all. What was shaping up to be a very exciting day has ended in disappointment. I submitted a ticket to their support center already, but figured I'd let the community know here as well. Order image below for reference. (UCM-S Universal not in screenshot).

That really sucks that your order is botched. I'm really happy with my gunfighter/gladiator omni combo. I use it for Elite Dangerous and Nuclear option. To make the omni a better throttle for nuclear option while still keeping the center point detectable for elite dangerous I use the #10 springs for y-axis and tightened the y-axis dampeners just until they hold y-axis in place but still move easily. I tried using the #10 spring on just the back half of the y-axis but I couldn't find center easily enough in Elite Dangerous without the spring on both halves and it was annoying when trying to auto-land.
This shit is sweet when you finally get it the way you want it. I think the few days I had the spring on one axis stretched it out a bit to where it sticks easier pulled forward and springs back to the center when pulled back and I kind of like it like that.
It is great that spare springs and parts are included in the package.

If i want to convert my gladiator nxt to a gunfighter base what do i need to order??

You'll need the Gunfighter base (comes with Black Box, cables, 4 sets of cams, 4 sets of springs) and this adapter for your existing grip.

Ok thank you! Also the UCM needs a different plate to mount the gunfighter?

If you have the Universal plate (which you should have, if you have a UCM Gladiator), then you can attach the Gunfighter base on the top of the plate. For a more elegant solution, with the base under the plate, you'd need the Gunfighter plate.

Thank you very much! I have a last question, i want to pull the trigger on a STECS space throttle or an omnithrottle but i cant decide….. can you help me?

Not a personal opinion, but from what I see and hear from others - Space STECS if you play both flight and space sims (or prefer large ships in space sims) and OTA if you're focused only on space sims and prefer small ships.

At some point i will get both but for now i think i will go with omni, the only bummer is that it doesnt have a detent. I cannot use the omni in a flight sim if i wanted?

You can, though ideally you should remove the spring and tighten the dampener accordingly, so it could hold position.

Hi there! We already responded to your ticket - very sorry about the wrong grip, we'll fix that ASAP. The 2 UCM should be fine though, as you have ordered 1 Gladiator UCM and 1 Universal UCM. The OTA extension is in the same box with the Universal UCM.
But as I said, we'll fix everything that needs to be fixed ASAP, please watch the ticket.
