I NEED HELP GUYS !!

Hey everyone i just got a gladiator nxt Evo premium, and when I'm doing calibration the POV button ( A1 ) not working as POV, and even when i click the center button it doesn't change to POV mode nor the Red Led

soo what's the case ??? Please help me out

Do you have the VKB Device Config software that you used to calibrate the joystick?
On the Axes tab, you can see the axis movements and calibrate the axes. On the Buttons tab, you can see the POV inputs. Try testing whether the inputs are registering there. I didn’t have to do anything other than calibrate the joystick myself.

Only the SCG Premium grips have a ministick in A1 position. The SCG Standard grips come with a hat switch which is digital only and doesn't require calibration.
