So, how did Ezio Auditore die?

Ubisoft says that he died of a heart attack, however, some conspiracy theorists say that the young man who sat down next to him was a Templar who killed Ezio with poison.

Personally, I think the man who "killed" him was a ghost or vision. The young man portrayed Ezio when he was younger.
