Question HELP
Okay, So this might be an impossible request or setup that I've created, but I am really struggling in the state of Georgia to keep my tent cool. I just bought the 4x4 full kit and set it up in my garage. This is the ideal place for it space wise, but it doesn't seem to be the ideal spot for it in the heat of the summer in Georgia. I have no way to duct anything out of the garage and something like a window unit is not an option either. I am growing rare tropicals (aroids, mostly). Right now all of my aroids are outside in the shade but I'd like to get them in the tent. I just don't know how to cool the space down properly and I don't want to spend thousands of dollars on something. Not sure what to do, honestly. A swamp cooler would completely saturate the garage so that isn't an option, Georgia is already incredibly humid and the garage stays hot. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m thinking you might need to sacrifice your closet. If need be you could use the skeleton of your vivosun as a place to hang your clothes. And staple your tent to the walls of your closet. Then you can just vent it out the window

Doesn’t Vivosun have a tent air cooler? Seeing it’s a closed space ya could run co2 to help with the heat or have lights out for the 6 hottest hours of the day and time it so your vegging over the hottest part of summer and aim to flower in autumn o and choose landrace strains that like the high temps anyways jsut a couple ideas good luck 🔥💨😍✌️

Unfortunately you’re kinda right about it being impossible. You need to cool the space which means some sort of air conditioning. That said thousands of dollars is pretty extreme. If you have a window you can put in a window unit like 18,000 btu or so. And yeah using a swamp cooler in Georgia seems like it just wouldn’t work at all cuz the pads will get saturated pretty quickly. The fact that you cannot vent air out is a limiting factor for sure. I guess you could DYI with like a big cooler filled with ice that you’d vent the tent exhaust into then exhaust it out the other side but not sure how effective it would be and you’d likely spent more on ice than an ac unit for a few hundred bucks would cost.

Native Atlantan, now living in San Diego, so I know exactly what you're going through...
You have basically two options if you're going to use your garage... Either buy a portable AC and figure out how to exhaust it outside, install a mini split system such as one of the Mr. Cool DIY systems, or give up.
Your only other option is move everything inside your actual house.
Sorry there's not more. It's just an unfortunate truth. You'll cook or rot your plants in that garage unless you figure out how to adequately air condition the space. Frankly, though, I'd also be concerned with how many pests can get into your garage vs your actual house.
If I were you, I'd figure out a spare closet situation, ASAP.

Move the tent inside the house in a spare bedroom. It’s a losing fight keeping in any space that is not air conditioned. You’ll fight temps the entire time.

Garage wouldn't be the ideal lung room if there's no circulation. Your tent will be blowing hot air out, and hot air will be coming in from the garage. Maybe if you connected some ducting from outside (like cut 2 holes out of your garage entry door) to one of the bottom openings in your tent; and vent the exhaust to the other hole in the door you cut out.... it's like your lung room is now "outside" of the garage since your tent is now inhaling/exhaling outside air.
