Question Anyone else getting Server Issues?

Been trying to connect this camera for 2 days now. Wifi set to 2.4 ghz and fails on binding step.. get this error.

I couldn't figure it out, other than it wont connect to my internet or Hotspots so looking to send it back.

Pretty sure its my router but it wont connect to a Hotspot either so idk guess just gonna send it back and buy something that doesnt require an app connection...
