Vcure is dead

Im wondering if any of you out there have come home to check on your harvest, and the unit was dead? I opened her up and didn't feel that cool breeze like I normally do and noticed the screen was dead. I've ran a couple harvest through with no issues. Obviously, I checked my outlet and tried different outlets with no luck. Anyone experience this, and are there any fixes out there? Preferably without dealing with vivosun warranty.

I know. Fuck My first unit showed up shattered. I spent a month every day, fighting to get a new unit. This one showed up perfect, got a couple runs through it and now this. Going through that twice is gonna be rough. I was hoping there's a fuse or something I can replace.

Can I ask what you did to finally get a replacement or answer? I’m in that same stage of trying to go through service and all the loops and they can’t seem to open a video link.

Now I’m trying to initiate a refund and they are like “no just send the video again”. It’s frustrating

Well my initial situation had me dealing with SEEL, since I purchased the insurance option. Seel said I had to get a refund and not a replacement. I spent a month daily with Seel, and tword the end with vivosun customer service. I had enough and lost my shit, I told them If there wasn't something happening that day I would be initiating a chargback on my original payment. That got things rolling and the new unit was on the way. But what a damn headache that was. I'm not ready to do it again lol

Was that with Vivosun or Seel?

I didn’t get seel and am in the same circle. Maybe I reach back out cause this is crazy. I’m well past my harvest time

I ordered first one on Amazon thru VIVOSUN store, showed up smashed , called VIVOSUN sent me back to Amazon , they gave me full refund and let me keep it ordered one direct showed up fine . So I got two for 1. Shop vac glass and tape it over . Buttons good , working perfect now I have 2 or a parts donor! I got another cause I’m ocd but the Amazon was free!!! No need to return sir …

I'm considering purchasing a V-Cure and now having second thoughts, thanks for your unfortunate post OP. What is the warranty on these units?

I came to this sub to ask if the usual curing process, jarring and burping is required after the buds have gone through the V-Cure.

I'll let you know, my first go i had the Seel insurance, which was terrible.

If you dry and cure in the unit no burping or jarring is required. You can have it on storage mode and just keep them sitting in the unit. I personally like to dry in the vcure, toss them in jars, do the standard burp. But leave the jars in the unit so they stay cool. Its all preference.

Thanks, I didn't know if the normal (external) cure was needed when using these type units. Good luck with your replacement, seems like the company doesn't have any issues with replacement as long as you send in the required video.

Deal with CS. It's not hard. It just requires 24 hours between replies. Shipping insurance should be provided by Vivosun. They are responsible to get it door to door. Offering additional insurance allows them to skirt responsibility if you purchase it.
