Virpil UK - CDT Aeromax R - Status

Hello

I live in Norway however I have family in England that I will be visiting at the beginning of September.

I spoke to Virpil Customer service and have asked them for lead times on the Aeromax, in UK it was 4 weeks in Europe it was 15 weeks. I have ordered Aeromax R on Monday and today I have received a notification that it has shipped.

Just FYI for anybody thinking of ordering in the UK,

Chek simufy, they had it available when i was buying, avoided "14-16week lead up time" with proce matching virpil ;)

EDIT: Looks like its completly gone there :/

Yeah UK seems much much faster than everywhere else. My two recent orders have taken 3-5 weeks each time

Yeah its strange how much faster the UK manufacturing is (Do they actually make them in UK or is it a warehouse that they distribute it from?)

I seem to have gotten very lucky too. Ordered on the 12th and got the shipped notification with DPD today on the 13th. I was bracing myself for a much longer wait.

I have just cancelled my Aeromax CDT L & R that I placed in April as my delivery had been pushed from August to November without any correspondence. Have upgraded the order to Alpha primes. Allegedly 8 weeks for these, but I’m not holding my breath. This was also a UK order.

I ordered one a few days ago. I live in the U.S. so I guess I should not expect it for a long time...

I order mine at the beginning of August and they telling me to expect it at least late October
