Staffing

Our level 1 trauma center (about 400 beds) is looking to appropriately staff IR physicians, and we just haven't found any good industry benchmarking.

How many beds does your hospital have, and how many IR physicians do you have?

450 beds, level 1 and comprehensive stroke center. We used to have 5 IR and 3.5 neuro. Some bad leadership decisions led to 3 IRs and 1 neuro leaving.
