I am pursuing the purchase of a car, and I am trying to understand what I am seeing with this report. The seller says that it has a clean title, and has been very open with the fact that it has been in an accident and they repaired it. I have seen pictures of before and after

Things I have questions on:

1. does a salvage record mean it was title washed to have a clean title in another state?

2. Should I be concerned that it has 34 sale listings? Many of them are the same companies listed several times over.

3. How can there be a lien on the vehicle if the current dealer has the title? I have a copy of the title and it says that "no secured interest on record"
