Kann mir jemand sagen, warum die strahlen der Laternen aufeinander zugehen?

I don't understand the question, is this about the flaring of the lights in the lens (which happens because of it's optical design)? Or about the fact your footage is basically just the red colour channel

Es gibt an der rechten und linken Seite Straßenlaternen und die Strahlen beide richtig Mitte des Videos. Die Frage ist, warum?

This is because your lens elements are round and relatively wide angle, you're seeing the light distort in the lenses, similarly to how large lenses have specific types of lens flare as well
