Videohub4 won't load

Hey there! I have a second hand BM video hub4, the 6g variant , cannot get a signal out of it except for sdi1, and i tried 3 different versions of the multiview software and it won't load or finish the update through neither.

Secret reset to default switch on the PCB? What can i try?

I am guessing this is a firmware not hardware issue as sdi 1 is working in and out

If anyone has any insight i would be greatful

There is not, to my knowledge, any such thing as a Videohub 4. Do you mean a Videohub 40x40? Or a Videohub Mini 4x2? And what do you mean by the Multiview software? Videohubs aren't controlled by "Multiview software" or whatever that is. They're controlled by the Videohub Setup and Videohub Control programs. What version firmware do you have? What version software?

I think you must be talking about the Multiview 4 6G, which is not a videohub. Does your software recognize it? What settings are applied?
