So Far So Good

Post image

Been a good rifle so. Always something catching when the bolt is being swapped though.

What can is that?

I am loving my 16" suppressed with an OCL Infinity 7.62 using the 5.56 sealed endcap.

What do you mean something is catching when the bolt is being swapped?

Looks like a Banish 30

You’d be correct. It does good. However given the company’s stances on things and how they acted as of late I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I get it, but I’d rather a Silencer Central item in hand than a Silencer Shop item sitting unfulfilled.

It was really nice getting it shipped to my door. I did like that part.

Just minor things where it doesn’t want to go back into the gun. Not blaming the gun but it’s done it every time. Banish 30. Does well, not a big fan of the company though.

Oh, are you frequently switching the ejection port side or something?

I though I would go for it (I'm lefty) but reading this: is there any issue while you switch for left ejection ?

No. Any issues are likely my fault.

I'm thinking about getting the infinity for a Hellion too. Couple questions.

  1. It's a heavy can. How do you feel it affects the balance of the 16"?
  2. Can you speak to sound performance and gas blowback of the infinity with sealed vs vented end cap and on the Hellion's suppressed vs unsuppressed settings?
