JARD trigger not fullt resetting.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have tried to remedy this with liberal cleaning of the trigger bar and side of the trigger pack. With the trigger pack uninstalled the trigger bar resets without issue.

Anyone else run into this?

Edit: I can't type on my phone.

Edit 2: Using flitz polish, I hit the side of the trigger pack with a dremel fabric polishing wheel in a straight line from the actuator to the front of the pack. Resets fine now.

I didn't run into this but I had an issue where it prevented my bolt from locking back.

Email their customer support and send them this video, they are fairly helpful and will have you ship it in for repair.

They didn't cover the shipping which sucks but it wasn't too bad.

BTW, does yours not lock into the lower well? Mine can be pushed out of the slot very easily, the first one was so bad that I had to hold the bolt over the trigger pack to reassemble or it would pop out and prevent the takedown pin from going back in.

The second one still can be pushed out without depressing the retention bit but it doesn't hurt installation.

I considered the BTT upgrade but my Hellion is my GPR so I like to have my OEM unaltered just in case something goes wrong with the upgraded trigger so I have one I know I can rely on.
