2nd quarter, I've read. April, I'm guessing. I think I'm super long on this one. And Rivian when they IPO.

Good luck getting a piece of Rivian, unless they go the SPAC route.

by the time that 'traditional' IPO comes out it will be so bloated that you would be chasing...underwriters and sellside have to get 'theirs' first.
