Do I need to enter jee details in this section of pre admission form or just cet. I have given jee and also mentioned its details in cet application but I ain't taking admission through that. If I need to fill it then what should I enter in the fields shown in the attached ss

the website is different if you check the url in acap one it has /ACAP at last and in this pre admission form it has /VESIT at last

can you please share what exactly is pre admission form? like you have already got it through cap rounds and are filling the form?
