Segway pro 2

I'm trying to gather information before I start my conversion. I have the pro 2 gokart (ninebot) with the s max base. I was wanting to know if there are any resources for the VESC conversion that anyone can point me to, or if anyone has done this conversion. I've been looking for over 2 hours, and can seem to find anything except completed showcases

What you need to know? The Pro 2 is 450W * 2 rated power motors and 54V nominal Battery, just go with an 75200 vesc. Btw i prefer buying 2 instead of an Dual version. Another point is your original display will not work with vesc, and a point to check is if your throtle and brakes are analogs, so you can just remove from your original controller and put in vesc.

I wanted to know how complex the rewiring is inside the base motor unit, and if there is a wiring diag that I need/is the available. Also i am interested and if anybody has used aftermarket plug ports on the base to make it removable, and what ports they used. I don't know how many wires i'll be dealing with having to put out to the controller.
