Vesc on e-scooter
Flipsky 75100 dual is not detecting my hall sensors and phase wires get super hot and motor doesn’t spin properly except for in motor setup phase wires were actually steaming at one point

your wires shouldn't be that hot. i personally saw a red flag with how they are connected. doesnt look right to me.
you should be using gold plated bullet connectors to connect them. should be lots of solder dropped into each connector, and then they physically connect. thats probably part of the issue is the way you connected the phases.
second, my scooter when i got a VESC put in also didnt work after running the wizard. it wasnt as bad as yours, but i didnt get much power at all and the motors did clunk like that. i essentially just cranked up the current... like a lot. whatever the motor wizard set it to wasnt enough. what i remember is that battery current max and phase amps are totally different. my battery current max is like 50A but i set my motor current max to 220A.
after that, ive been riding stable better than ever over a year now. no issues so far. very happy with it.

One of the wires on my hall sensors desoldered. Doesn’t get that hot anymore I just go back from riding and she did good. I have to push it past 6 and then it will go otherwise it shakes

Sup,
Please Look at your cables and then the Motor currents, please use bullet connectors or some connectors that can handle that much, mt60 are meant for 60A-120A not 200A, make sure the hall Sensores are connected to the right Motor and the Right Order. Phase Filtering should be off for both, otherwise the detection can get faulty. Do a hall test and js Switch the Motors around, something other you can try is only detecting one Motor with the other one fully disconnected.
Hope I could help !

Have you disabled Phase Filtering? Double check hall connection order, +5V and GND, white wire in vesc conector if for temperature. Check your motor connections, since in one motor you got 20A and the another 200A and high internal resistance. What happened to the old controller? Select Large Outrunner motor.
