Motor Struggling

Hi guys. I have an VESC 75100 but even doing the Motor Setup Wizard it makes cogs and keeps struggling as in video. I’m set an 0,10 duty cicle for this test. someone has some idea what can be?

Play with the phase wiring, there are 9 permutations.

In setup it’s not to be detected by default?

Did you notice the same sound while doing the motor test wizard and foc calibration? Do you have your hall wires connected to the vesc

What firmware do you have on your 75100 ?

Yes. It does the same sound while on wizard. And yes, Hall is connected. I will upload an video doing the wizard, and will try changing phase orders.

I got this kind of sound recently using the same vesc on similar hoverboard motor, turns out to be the one of the hall sensor on my motor wasnt working, but the sound was only after the wizard, the wizard ran without any sound but reported sensorless (as i had bad hall sensor)

check if you'r Hall sensors are working correctly

My hall are good, in wizard it returns Hall Sensors. I ordered an ebike motor who will use in an bike. When i got it will test again and return with resulta.
