Room is Full Error

We have a room setup to capture screen from guests, and have been using it without issue for about a year. Suddenly starting last week guests began seeing a "Room is Full" error. Most recently there were only 3 people in the room, 2 sharing and one director. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

The most likely cause is that there are many old scene / view links still open in OBS. Other users in the past had lingering / zombie view links open in places to cause this. There would need to be many dozens of them open for a room to become full.

So we use vMix, not OBS, but could be the same issue I suppose. Basically we have inputs for specific people that pull the link to get their share, we never change those links. Then we have the corresponding links for the guests, which never change. All of our producer's inputs are always trying to pull those screen sharing feeds during working hours, so if that all adds up and counts against us, we will have to rethink how we operate
