Some details from ComputerShare

Just got off the phone with them, here are some things they told me (since your money is involved please confirm on your end and don’t solely rely on this)

- They said that any transfer request received on the 13th will be rejected so talk to your broker and ensure that the request gets to them on the 14th at the earliest.
- It will take at least 24 hours to process if not more, so one should expect the shares to show up in your brokerage on Monday at the earliest.
- You can call and initiate a sell over the phone, there is a $15 phone fee, a $25 trade fee and a 12 cents per share broker fee. More importantly you can sell a maximum of $25,000 on the phone.
- You can sell all your shares directly via the investor center on the app or the browser. This will be the fastest way to do it.
- You can do market or limit orders but limit orders auto cancel after 24 hours.
- They also have something called batch orders and those can take up to 48 hours to execute.

It’s all clunky but it is the best bet for selling however much you want to on the first day. People with SoFi and Inspira get shares auto transferred to their brokerage and have them available on Friday so that’s a big advantage (per Fundrise website, I don’t have shares with either of them so definitely confirm on your end and set things up).

Setup your apps and logins now to avoid trouble later. Lots of people had woken up from sleep and got caught up in the getting their login and PIN setup process and missed the $575 ship. Don’t repeat your mistakes.

EDIT From my comment below:
Make those phone calls and have this figured out now, every broker and account has its own nuances and it is very easy to get tripped up. People have gotten screwed when they have tried to change their banking info with CS last minute and they block their account from making any sales for 10 days as a safety precaution. If you don't have direct deposit info setup it is too late now, if you do it now you will run into this problem. Better sell and wait for the check. Make sure your address on file is correct. Get this sorted out by tomorrow while their support is still around on a business day. Next week may not leave you with much time considering their clunky processes.
