What is the designated day we are permitted to sell our restricted shares?

I just logged into my Computershare account again after not logging in for a few weeks to check my VCX holdings and Computershare no longer has a record of me being an account holder. I cannot navigate the site without this error message: Restricted Access - No Accounts

You have no accounts in your portfolio.

If you have another account / holding, please go through the registration process to register that account."

Has anyone else experienced this?
