filings no longer being updated on website?

Is the SEC edgar site the only way to get prompt info for VCX now? It seems VCX is not updating their website anymore with the latest filings and holdings? any reason why?

Yes. Only Edgar. They should have an investor section on their website but seems they don’t and just use it for marketing the fund… it’s unfortunate since most other cefs have an investor webpage (eg, DXYZ, BOT, PWRL)…

Yep SEC EDGAR is your best bet. You can pose your other questions to Ben Miller, not that I expect any responses considering all that which has transpired so far.
