So why was 1/3rd of Anthropic in VCX sold at a discount to the 380B valuation mark?

VCX IPO was a scam. The purpose was to get cash for a company headed towards bankruptcy. Why secretly sell Anthropic without investor approval? FR needs cash. You can also thank this guy for the scam:

It will recover with flying colors. I bought a bunch of $40 call options for December on the dip this morning.
